1Click Systems ("we," "us") operates 1clicksystems.co and provides conversion infrastructure and related services for home-service businesses — Smart Website, Lead System, AI Front Desk and Customer Reactivation.
This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Questions: [email protected] — we respond within 2 business days.
This distinction matters, so we'll state it plainly.
Our contact form collects your first and last name, business name, trade, phone number, email address, website (optional), the problem you select, and any message you write.
The report collects your answers about your business — trade, main lead source, whether you have a website and how it captures leads, what happens to form submissions, your weekly call and missed-call volumes, how missed calls are currently handled, whether you text from your business number, your lead and estimate follow-up, whether you hold a database of old contacts, and your average job value.
To send you the report we also collect your first name, business name, mobile number and email address.
We store the report we generate from those answers — the capture, response and follow-up assessments, the biggest leak identified, the assumptions used, the estimated figures produced, and which service was recommended.
We collect your first name, business name, trade, mobile number and email, plus your answers about your database — approximate size, what it mostly contains, how old the contacts are, where they came from, and whether those contacts previously gave their details to your business — and the assessment result.
Setup collects the information needed to build your system: business name and address, owner name, the phone number that receives customer calls, setup email, business hours, services, service area, Google Business Profile link, and — depending on what you bought — domain details, brand colors, testimonials you supply, integrations, call routing rules, appointment rules, your definitions of a priority call, escalation contacts and handoff rules.
If you attach a logo, photos or a customer list, we currently record the file names with your submission and ask you to email the files themselves.
Payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not store card numbers or bank details on our systems.
Where you tick a box agreeing to be contacted by text message, we store that you consented, the date and time, and the exact wording you agreed to. We keep that record so both of us can see what was agreed.
Consent boxes on our forms are never pre-ticked.
When you arrive from an ad or a campaign link, our forms capture the campaign parameters in the URL — utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term — and the click identifiers gclid (Google) and fbclid (Meta), along with the page you landed on and the referring page. This tells us which campaign a submission came from.
These identifiers are created by the advertising platform, not by us. We read them from the URL when you submit a form.
What flows through a live system depends on which service you bought.
Form submissions, chat conversations and booking or estimate requests made by visitors to your site, routed into your CRM and tracked as leads.
Caller phone numbers, missed-call events, the messages sent and received, conversation history, lead status, and lead status.
Caller phone numbers, the content of the call as processed to respond to it, any transcript or summary the system produces, the service request identified, appointment details and routing information.
The contact database you provide — typically names, phone numbers, email addresses, prior inquiry or estimate details, customer history and lead status — plus the campaign messages sent and the replies received.
You remain responsible for that database: where the contacts came from, whether you have an appropriate basis to contact them, who must be excluded, and the accuracy of the list. We review eligibility before a campaign is sent and we handle opt-outs during a campaign we run, but we do not verify the origin of contacts for you and we do not run campaigns to purchased lists.
Some of our services use automated systems, including AI, to send messages, answer calls, interpret what a caller or lead is asking for, classify responses, produce summaries and route conversations according to rules you configure.
These systems operate on the information and business rules you give us. They are not represented as human staff. To provide them we send the relevant conversation content to third-party AI providers that process it on our behalf.
We do not currently run analytics software, advertising pixels or session-recording tools on 1clicksystems.co.
Some pages store your progress locally in your own browser — for example your answers part-way through the Lead Leak Report — so you don't lose your place. That stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Platforms we use to host or serve parts of the site may set their own cookies necessary to operate.
We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising targeting. We do not share it with data brokers.
We share information only where it is needed to run the service, with providers in these categories:
Each handles data under its own terms. We also disclose information where required by law or court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our customers or the public.
We do not share your customer contact lists with any third party for any purpose other than running your service.
If you agreed to be contacted by text, you can stop at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply.
Operational messages about a service you are actively using — setup, billing, system notifications — are part of delivering the service.
You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message, or by emailing us.
The leads, contacts and conversation records in your CRM are yours, not ours. We access them to build and run your systems. When you cancel, that data stays in your platform accounts, and we do not retain copies of your customer data for our own use. This matches section 13 of our Terms.
We keep your business contact information and billing records for as long as your account is active, and afterwards for as long as we need them for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time by emailing [email protected], subject to records we are required to keep.
We use encrypted connections, limit access to production systems, and do not store payment card data on our infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we don't claim otherwise. If you have a security concern, contact us at [email protected].
You can ask us to:
Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local law.
Our services are for businesses. They are not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
We may update this policy. When we do we'll change the effective date above, and we'll notify active customers by email if the changes are material.
