Refund Policy

Setup Fee

The one-time setup fee covers the work of building and installing your automation system — connecting your phone number, Google Business Profile, writing your messages, and testing everything end to end.

Because this work begins immediately after purchase:

• Refund window: Cancel within 24 hours of purchase and we have not yet begun installation — full refund, no questions asked.
• After installation starts: The setup fee is non-refundable. The work has been performed and cannot be undone.
• If we fail to deliver: If 1Click Systems cannot complete your installation within 10 business days of receiving your onboarding information, you're entitled to a full refund of the setup fee.

Monthly Retainer

Your monthly subscription is billed at the start of each billing period. It covers ongoing system management, monitoring, and support for that period.

• Cancel anytime: Email [email protected] and your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period.
• No partial refunds: We don't issue refunds for unused days in a billing period that has already started.
• No contracts: Month to month. Cancel before your renewal date and you won't be charged again.

Disputes and Exceptions

If something went wrong on our end, email us before initiating a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We resolve issues directly and quickly — a chargeback costs both parties time and money we'd rather spend on your system.

Exceptions to this policy (e.g., medical emergency, documented technical failure on our part) are handled on a case-by-case basis. Email [email protected] and we'll work with you.
