Cancellation & Refund Policy

The short version

Our services are month-to-month subscriptions. You can cancel any time by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you're currently in, and we don't refund a period that has already started.

Your order, checkout page or service agreement ("your order") sets out exactly what you bought. Where your order addresses cancellation or refunds for your specific plan, your order controls.

How to cancel

Email [email protected] with your business name and "Cancel" in the subject line. We'll confirm within 1 business day.

• When billing stops: at the end of your current billing period. You aren't charged again after that.
• Partial months: we don't refund unused days in a billing period that has already started.
• No contracts: month to month. No minimum term and no cancellation fee.

Smart Website — $197/month

Smart Website is a monthly subscription. Cancelling stops future billing at the end of your current period under the general rule above.

Hosting is provided as part of an active subscription, so it depends on that subscription remaining active.

What happens to your website, its hosting and any associated domain after cancellation is set out in your order. If that isn’t clear to you, ask us before you cancel and we’ll confirm it in writing.

Lead System — $297/month

Lead System is a monthly subscription that includes everything in Smart Website. Cancelling stops future billing at the end of your current period under the general rule above.

There is no performance-based billing on this plan. No performance guarantee has been finalized, no part of the fee is contingent on a results threshold, and there is therefore no performance arrangement to refund against.

AI Front Desk — $497/month + usage

AI Front Desk is a monthly subscription that includes everything in Lead System, billed at $497/month plus usage.

Usage already consumed is not refundable. SMS, phone, email and AI usage is metered and passed through. Cancelling stops future subscription billing at the end of your current period; any usage incurred before that point is still billable.

Add-ons

Add-ons are scoped and quoted per engagement, and are not covered by the monthly subscription rule above. Cancellation and refund treatment for an add-on depends on how far the scoped work has progressed.

For campaign-based add-ons such as Database Reactivation, a campaign that has already been built or sent cannot be un-sent. What is refundable, if anything, is set out in your order.

Third-party and pass-through costs

Some functionality depends on third parties — for example messaging carriers, telephone numbers, domain registrars and hosting. Where a third-party cost applies to your service, it is disclosed in your order.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we'll attempt collection twice over seven days before suspending the service. We'll contact you before that happens.

Billing questions and disputes

If a charge looks wrong, email [email protected] and we'll look into it. We'd rather sort a billing problem out with you directly and quickly.

Contacting us first doesn't affect any rights you have with your bank or card issuer.

Genuine exceptions — for example a documented technical failure on our side — are handled case by case. Email us and we'll work through it.
