• Information from the services we install — to set up and run your automation system, we access the platforms you connect (GoHighLevel, Google Business Profile, your business phone number). We use access to these accounts only to deliver your service.
• Usage data — basic analytics (page views, referral source) collected when you visit 1clicksystems.co. No tracking pixels or cross-site tracking.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Delivering and maintaining the automation system we've installed for your business
• Processing payments and sending billing-related communications
• Responding to your questions and providing support
• Sending service updates, system reports, and operational messages (not marketing newsletters unless you opt in)
• Improving how we build and deliver our services

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising targeting. We do not share it with data brokers.

4. Who We Share It With

We share information only where necessary to run the service:

• Payment processors — to handle billing securely (e.g. Stripe). Subject to their own privacy policies.
• Platform providers — GoHighLevel, Make.com, and similar tools are used to build and run your automations. Your business data lives in your accounts on these platforms.
• Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our clients or the public.

We do not share your customer contact lists with any third party for any purpose other than running automations on your behalf.

5. Your Customer Data

The leads, contacts, and customer records in your CRM are yours — not ours. We access them only to build and run your automations. When you cancel, your data stays in your platform accounts. We do not retain copies of your customer data after the service ends.

6. Data Retention

We retain your business contact information and billing records for as long as your account is active and for up to 7 years afterward for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time (subject to legal retention obligations) by emailing [email protected].

7. Cookies

1clicksystems.co uses minimal cookies — session cookies required for the booking calendar to function, and basic analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; this may affect the booking form.

8. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your information: encrypted connections (HTTPS), limited access to production systems, and no storage of payment card data on our infrastructure.
